Companies all over the world are evolving in the face of employee demands for increased flexibility. At the same time, they’re having to figure out how to translate culture to a virtual environment, ensuring that culture remains strong and engaging when employees no longer gather at the office.

Below, I share how we’re changing our operations in India in the wake of Covid-19 and the steps we’re taking to ensure our culture survives the transition.
