The Columbus Dispatch Features Larry English to Talk About Office Optional
Westerville man wrote the book on working from home
Larry English of Westerville knows all about working from home. He literally wrote the book on it.
Working remotely is nothing new for Larry English of Westerville.
In fact, he wrote the book on it.
As millions of people work from home amid the COVID-19 pandemic — and some companies, such as Facebook, consider a permanent work-from-home option — English offers advice through his book, “Office Optional: How to Build a Connected Culture With Virtual Teams,” released last month.
English brought plenty of first-hand experience to the book. He has spent more than 20 years running a business centered on remote workers with more than 1,000 employees in 13 cities in the U.S. and India.
